With the winter months also comes the threat of inclement weather. While we try to never cancel services, there are times when heavy snow and icy conditions can lead to an altered schedule or a cancellation.

We will attempt to let you know of any changes to our schedule as soon as possible. Sometimes decisions have to be made at the last minute and notifying everyone is impossible. In these situations, please use the following procedure to help you determine our status:

We will try to contact you in the following ways:

​

1. We will send out a church-wide email. To ensure you are signed up to receive emails, please fill out the FOI card in your bulletin and indicate you would like to be added.

2. We will post a notice on the home page of our church website.

​

3. We will post a notice on the church's Facebook page. 

​

4. If all else fails, please call your assigned deacon or contact an administrator.

D U R I N G   T H E   W E E K

We follow Bristol, VA City Schools schedule.  If Bristol, VA City schools are closed, all church services and activities for that day will be cancelled. This closing information will be posted on the church website and Facebook page. 

​

If Bristol, VA City schools are on a delay, there will be no changes made in the schedule. 

​

NO TV OR RADIO ANNOUNCEMENTS WILL BE MADE. IF THE WEATHER IS AT ALL QUESTIONABLE, PLEASE DO NOT COMPROMISE YOUR SAFETY OR THE SAFETY OF OTHERS IF YOU DO NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE DRIVING.
